These systems were originally developed by Tropel Corp. for state-of-the-art precision optical glass measurements for the semiconductor market. They consist of the finest workmanship and components available in the industry, and, unlike other alternatives, are a complete turnkey solution. These systems come complete with everything needed to start making precision measurements of flatness, transmitted wavefront, or inhomogeneity measurements.
Jacobian Technologies Inc, a worldwide leader in optical metrology and interferometry consulting, has acquired these systems and refurbished them with all new electronics and control systems. There are two options for Phase Measuring: Zygo FlashPhase(TM) for high vibration environments, or Zygo Visual Phase, for true phase shifting and highest accuracy.
